How We Analyze Fixtures
Our fixture analysis considers: opponent league position, home vs away advantage, historical goal data, and defensive/attacking rankings. We weight recent form more heavily than season-long statistics.
Teams to Target
Look for teams with multiple home games against relegation-threatened sides. These matches typically produce high-scoring affairs with plenty of attacking opportunities. Also consider teams with nothing to play for - they often approach games with more freedom.
Planning Your Transfers
Map out your transfer strategy 3-4 weeks in advance. Identify the players you want from teams with good fixtures and plan how to bring them in without taking point hits. Sometimes banking a transfer is better than making a sideways move.
The Bigger Picture
Fixtures matter, but don't ignore form entirely. A team with great fixtures but poor form might not deliver. The sweet spot is finding players whose good form aligns with favorable fixtures.
